  • Worldwide approved Yoga Alliance Certified Online Courses 

  • Live sessions of Hatha Yoga will be conducted via Zoom application

  • Live Sessions Philosophy, Anatomy & Asana Alignment will be conducted via zoom application and provided in pdf form

  • Live Session of assignments, homework, self practice will be conducted via zoom application and provided in pdf form

  • The course manuals and notes will be provided in pdf formats

  • The library of yoga books will be provided in pdf & ppt formats

50 HOURS ONLINE YTTC DETAILS
(HATHA)

  • Every course will always start on the date you select from the calendar and will always end after completing the total of 25 sessions at your pace for  50 hours On-line Therapeutic Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course.

  • Every session is of 02 hours and will be conducted live via zoom application along with recorded video sessions at your pace and at your convenience.

  • 10 Sessions of Hatha Yoga and Teaching Methodology

  • 05 Sessions of Anatomy

  • 05 Sessions of Philosophy

  • 05 Sessions of Student Teaching Practice

  • Zoom ID link will be send to students one day before the course

  • With the permission of teachers the camera can be turned off

  • Try to get and keep at least 02 yoga blocks for learning correct alignment,

  • Optional props to keep while practicing like napkin, towel, yoga belt or scarf, blanket, 02 bolsters & pillow.

  • We'll be providing you the assignments & daily homework in pdf formats to self study and self practice asanas

  • Live Sessions at your convenience (as per Indian Standard Time) here you'll be practicing asana or hands on adjustments or philosophy or anatomy session of 120 mins i.e. 02 hours via zoom application at your pace.

  • Over all including asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation, hands on adjustments, anatomy & philosophy the number of sessions which need to completed by a participant are 25 sessions for 50 hours Hatha YTTC, at your pace by discussing with the coordinator.

  • Please check the time zones at your places as the session timings given are as per Indian Standard Time (IST)

  • World wide approved Yoga Alliance registered 50 hours Therapeutic Hatha Yoga Teacher Training certificate will be provided via email at the end of the course.

  • The dates mentioned on the certificate will be discussed with students as the course will be at your pace.

  • Course fees for 50 Hours Online YTTC is 100 $ (USD) AT YOUR PACE.

  • Discuss with our course coordinators and confirm the course date and timings at your convenience as the course will be at your pace.

  • Therapeutic Hatha yoga will be our main focus

  • All the classes will be combined so we request you to only focus on your own practice during the period of your course by sharing, caring, loving and enjoying your yoga journey with us.

YOGA METHODOLOGY

Therapeutic Hatha Yoga at Intermediate level will be practiced with proper techniques. Both Beginner and advance level of students can learn how to apply therapeutic hatha yoga techniques on different types of bodies.

YOGA ANATOMY

Yoga Anatomy Sessions are conducted in a therapeutic way during the hands on asana adjustments and alignment class. Musculo-skeletal movements of bone joints, engagement and stretching of muscles and nerves during each and every asana practice.

YOGA PHILOSOPHY

Introduction to Hatha Yoga, Shat-Kriyas-The Six Cleansing Techniques, Nadis-Energy channels, Prana-the vital life energy and pranic body types and all about chakras and its connection in asana, concept of yogis, classical and historical forms of yoga
