100 hours Multi-style (Hatha / Vinyasa ) Yoga Teacher Training Dharamsala - India is to teach life changing yoga and wellness practices for all. With 100 hour yoga course you'll feel some positive changes and you'll be more likely to guide others without any desire and ego.

(HATHA / VINYASA)

  • Worldwide approved Yoga Alliance Certified Courses 

  • Hatha / Vinyasa Yoga Sessions will be conducted from Beginner to Intermediate level

  • Philosophy, Anatomy & Asana Alignment sessions will be conducted from Beginner to Intermediate level

  • Pranayama's, Mudras, Mantras & Meditation sessions will be conducted from Beginner to Intermediate level

  • Daily assignments and homework will be given to do self study

  • Course manuals, study guide and mantra sheet will be provided

  • Almost all the sessions will be conducted at yoga hall in school and few classes will also be conducted on the mountain rocks.

(HATHA / VINYASA)

  • Every course will always start on Sunday's and will always end on Saturday's (02 weeks)

  • Private room accommodation will be provided for each student within the campus or 02 mins by walk away from the campus

  • Taxi Pick-up and Drop service will be provided for free to & from the dharamsala airport, railway station or bus stop

  • One Yoga Mat & thermos water bottle will be provided for free

  • There are all the required props available with us like bolsters, pillows, blankets, yoga belts, yoga blocks etc. to practice yoga 

  • Sessions are not mandatory, if the students are not well during the course then they can miss the classes by taking permission

  • The students can take notes of missed sessions from their respective classmates if they've missed certain classes

  • 03 Vegetarian meals will be provided and alternative food will be prepared separately for the students who're vegan

  • Filtered water for drinking is available in the campus and in the yoga hall 24 hours.

  • The 100 Hrs YTTC fee is 1200 $ (USD) for the duration of 2 weeks

  • Course fees for 100 Hours YTTC Dharamsala with the duration of 14 days (i.e. 02 weeks) is 1200 $ (USD)

  • What's Included - Food and beverages, Private Accommodation with hot water shower, Course Material, Yoga Mat, Water Bottle, Taxi Pickup and Drop Service, Medicines and First aid kit etc. 

  • Hatha and Vinyasa styles of yoga 

  • All the classes will be combined with other yoga teacher training courses and yoga retreats students, so please focus on your practice with the intention of loving, caring, sharing happiness.

OUR FOOD

Best Indian Traditional Menus

At M.S.I.Y.S - Multi-Style Indian Yoga School, we have chosen the food as per the requirements of the yoga practitioners. Keeping in mind the nutritional values and following the guidelines of ayurvedic science, we have prepared a wide spread of sattvic and rajasic food which satisfies not only the taste of tongue but also the soul and mind. There will be 03 meals served everyday apart from sundays and on the checkout day. All the meals will be vegetarian. For those who're vegan alternate foods will be prepared on demand. Note - Non-vegetarian food will not be served in our school.

OUR ACCOMMODATION

Private Rooms with Hot Shower & Wi-Fi

Your room will be reserved at on site accommodation, where the Yoga Centre is located at Bhagsunath, Dharamsala, Himachal Pradesh, India, on first come first serve basis, if all the rooms are full at on site accommodation,  your accommodation will be arranged in the immediate neighbouring guest houses very close to the school. Private rooms will be provided, where you're also allowed to share your room with your family, friend or with other student, only after taking the permission from our management team. All the rooms are provided with hot shower facility and free Wi-Fi is available. Accommodation charges are included in the course fee.

Besides the city’s association with the Tibetan community, it’s renowned as one of the gateways to the beauty of the Himalayas as well as the lush tea plantations cascading down the surrounding slopes.The climate of Dharamsala is bit cold & rainy throughout the year with temperatures ranging from 06 to 15 degrees Celsius. It is the only state of India which offers lush green and smooth roads away from pollution and chaos. The best time to visit Dharamsala is from late May to July. Affordable international and domestic flights to and from Dharamsala are easy to find. TRAVEL TO DHARAMSALA LOCATION

Travel Options:

Reaching by AIR: The best way for the international travellers to reach Dharmashala by AIR is to travel from New Delhi airport. New Delhi Airport is connected to all most all major destinations from abroad and all major cities in India. Daily flights are operated from New Delhi to Dharmashala Airport (Also known as Gagal Airport) which is about 25 kms away from our Yoga centre. It is a 40minutes journey by taxi to reach the yoga centre and it costs around 1200 INR.

OPTION: If the direct flights to Dharamsala are not available, there are other possibilities to reach there by Air: You can take a flight to Chandigarh (250 km from the our Yoga centre) or Amritsar (200 km away from our centre) and then take a pre-paid taxi to McLeodGanj. It takes 4 -5 hours to reach there. The taxi rent will cost about 4000 INR. In case of International travellers who chose to arrive in Amritsar International Airport, can chose to reach Dharmashala by taxi, which is a better option.

Reaching by TRAIN: There are no direct Trains to reach Dharmashala. Pathankot (Earlier Known as Chakki Bank) is the nearest Railway station to a reach Dharmashala. Patankot Railway station is well connected by rail from all other major cities in India. The distance from Pathonkot to our Yoga centre is about 100 kms and it costs around 1500 INR to reach the centre by Taxi.

If you choose to travel by Train, we strongly recommend you to book your train tickets through Indian govt Rail website: www.indianrail.gov.in or www.irctc.co.in. You should have your identity proof while booking your train tickets. You can also book your rail ticket through www.makemytrip.com

 

Reaching by BUS – There are daily bus services from Delhi to Dharamsala every evening, it’s about 10 to 12 hours journey with a fare of INR 300-1300 depending upon the type of bus you choose to travel. Local government or private sleeper buses, AC or Non AC chair are available from New Delhi and from other major cities. This option is the most economical. Bus services are also available from Manali and Shimla. You can book your bus online at www.redbus.in or www.hptdc.nic.in/bus.htm. We can provide you more details information about travel to Dharamsala if you need.

YOGA STYLE

Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga at Moderate level will be practiced with proper techniques. Moderate level of pranayama's will be practiced. Intermediate level of meditation techniques will be taught along with Opening and Closing Mantras which will be different every week.
